C3750-24FS random port shutdown

I'm in the process of deploying c3750-24FS switches for workstation access. They are running adventerprise 122-40SE IOS. On a very random basis ports will lockout and will only allow the client access if the switch is reloaded. It's only happening to around 1 client in 20. As the network is still in the deployment phase there is no configuration on the access ports other than it's VLAN and portfast. I've tried to replicate the problem in a lab, but to no avail. Has anyone had any similar problems or ideas on solving the issue.

What are the various "sh" commands for the interface(s) saying? Particularly:

sh int

sh int switchport

sh port-security int

It happens on all the switches? shut/no shut doesn't clear it?

sh int
