for exporting CDR , Go To SQL>Enterprise manager > server group>publisher name> database>CDR>tables>CalldetailRecord (right hand side panel)>right click and select All tasks>Export data Wizard is launched, accept the default on the first screen, on the second screen choose the destination to be wherever, and specify the file time as Text file, but name the file with a CSV extension.

check User query to specify data transfer, click on query builder, Select CDR and then the > arrow to add the selected file
