I have created a guest user account in ACS Applicance and when i login using all capital "GUEST", am able to login and sometimes i have to use all lower case "guest", in some circustance i have to use 1st letter as capital "Guest" than only am able to login. i dont understand this situation. I created the user as all Capital "GUEST" but still its like intermitent problem.I have to try all this 3 combination when am not able to login using this username. Does anyone came accross with this situation. Need help ASAP. Thank you

Usernames aren't normally case sensitive...

hi for your info, we have checked with TAC and confirmed that the usernames are not case sensitive in ACS. It is case sensitive in WLAN Controller. TQ
