isdn backup using routing protocols

Hi all, If I have a wan link which is 2 meg, and a backup isdn line for this, using eigrp. how can I get the isdn to kick in if the primary link fails without keeping the isdn line from coming up all the time for updates etc, I only want it triggered if there is a loss to the main link
