Tunk H323 cannot Transfer call into the Call Manager

Hello,

I'm using a Call Manager 5.1.

I've configured a VoIP call with a H323 Gateway.

I can call my mobile phone with a softphone.

But when I cannot transfer it when i push the button Transfer.

Any issue?

Make sure that the H3323 GW has a MRGL with MTP assigned, if that is not the case, assign a MRGL with MTP and reset the GW. If the problem persists after that, please try checking/unchecking the "MTP required" checkbox. Just remember to reset the GW after doing the changes.
