LMS 3.0 ciscoworks Assistant server setup

Hi,

I just installed LMS 3.0 and when I try to perform the server setup

CiscoWorks / Workflows / Server Setup / Manage Servers

The window hangs with Collecting existing server information please wait.

Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it?

The first thing you should do is apply the LMS 3.0.1 update if you haven't already. Quite a few CWA bugs are fixed in this update. The update is freely downloadable from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms301 .

If the problem persists after that, check your system identity user password (Common Services > Server > Security > System Identity Setup). It must only contain letters and numbers.

When you say the LMS 3.0.1 update do you mean the Dec 2007 update?
