comparison switch 4948 vs 3560E

can anybody help me to understand the advantages of cat4948 compared to a 3560E.

That's quite a large subject. Cisco have data sheets for all their switches so you can compare the functionality. Start here -

The 4948 switch is positioned by Cisco as a Data centre switch for server access rather than a campus switch.

The 3560E is postioned by Cisco as a campus/branch switch.
