Problems with UserTracking Table in CiscoWorks

I'm having problems with accessing the UserTracking Table in CiscoWorks. I get the following error message when I try to access the UserTracking Table.

"Cannot connect to the ANI Server. Leaving application.java.lang.Exception:Failed creating AniClient.

What version of Campus Manager?

I rebooted our CiscoWorks Server, and that fixed the problem
