Webpage for supervisors to reskill agents will not load, giving java.lang.outofmemoryerror
CAN the Apache Tomcat service be restarted on that server without impacting the contact centers? We are trying to resolve this issue, but are unsure if restarting ONLY that service will impact the ICM/IPCC components/services.
Tomcat is used webview and the reskilling tool.
The service restart could be done without any impact to other ICM/IPCC component.
