I wanted to know one number in CCM 6.1.
my current scenario is i have 2 PRI's and CCM6.1.If external users call to my internal Ip phones call will be land on my IP phones or it will tranfer on Voice Mail. but my question is if user is not avaliable at his/her desk how can CCM6.1 call tranfer his call to his Mobile/GSM using 1 number concept. do i need extra hardware or component that will tranfer call on his GSM or PSTN phone using same number?
kindly clarify these thing with CCM6.1. and provide me any detail document regarding 1 number concept as i need to implement this soon.
