Pix VPN User password problem

i added 10 users to the pix vpn. i also created their passwords. After trying to connect to the vpn using one of the new profiles i realized the password i setup wasn't been accepted.

The password is something like this:

car!234. For some reason the Pix is not liking the "!" is there a workaround for this?

I don't really want to change every sigle password.

Please check this "!" is alloweabel or any misconfiguration in your autentication server so please check your authentication server also.
