Today, as per TAC, I had to restart Call Manager and IPVMS Services. I started early so no users would be effected. I walked out office and found about 6 phones did not have extension.
I manually reset them, settings, ##*##, and they restarted fine. About 2 hours later, it was reported that no one could make any phone calls. ALL the phones, except the 6 I restarted locally, were unable to make a new call.
There was no visual indication at the phone or in CUCM that the phone did not restart properly. TAC will look into this as part of my existing SR, but was wondering if anyone had seen this before.
