in the CUCM 6.0 it is possible to add a CSV file with phone numbers from external to show in Attendant Console 1.4.
For this function we have to get the CSV file from CUCM and add/change the numbers manualy. Then we import the file from CUCM Administration to have this numbers present in the Attendant Console.
If we do not, we only see the internal Cisco Directory.
Is there any other way to automate this procedure or is there an other way to add external phone numbers?
Is there a SDK for the Attendant Console?
