External Phonenumbers in Attendant Console

Hello,

in the CUCM 6.0 it is possible to add a CSV file with phone numbers from external to show in Attendant Console 1.4.

For this function we have to get the CSV file from CUCM and add/change the numbers manualy. Then we import the file from CUCM Administration to have this numbers present in the Attendant Console.

If we do not, we only see the internal Cisco Directory.

Is there any other way to automate this procedure or is there an other way to add external phone numbers?

Is there a SDK for the Attendant Console?

try to create the CSV file using the Bat.xlt file.To download the file to your PC access the CCMAdmin page and go under Bulk Administration > Upload/Download Files > click Find. This will show the available files, and these you should see the Bat.xlt file
