When I try to add a phone it gives this error:
Error Information
An invalid parameter was passed during processing. (8)
Details:
Error No. -2147219960 (0x80040608):
CDBLException Dump: [Invalid parameter]
any idea?

Hello:
This looks like database replication issue between publisher and subscriber.
Login to your publiser, and run DBHelper.exe and see if the database replication between those two are good.

thats not the exact version, 4.1(2)?? 4.1(3)?? SRs??? ES????
do you have at least the minimum requirements for those phones??
