Hi,
after upgrade from Version 4 to 6, on the Directory Button no Phonebook appears. How can i configure this?
(Also the Help Sites on Callmanager not displayed)

go to the enterprise parameters and change the directories, help, etc URLS to IP instead of hostname, then reset all the phones so they take the change and try again

i'm home and i don't have my servers available but all you need to do is go into system -> Enterprise parameters and there will be a bunch of URLs, directories, help, etc.
usually when you install your system they will point to the hostname of your server
ie
just change the javalenc (imaginary server hostname) to the server's IP
it's the best practice to use IP and not hostname to avoid relying in DNS for this

Hi Javalenc,
great Tip. It was a Problrm in name translation. I changed the Hostname of Callmanager in this IRLs to the IP and it works fine.
Do you have any Ideas to the callmanager Helpside inside? This Sites also does'nt work.
Where can i change this sites resp. troubleshoot this.
