Contact Center training

First post, not sure if this is the correct area but here we go. Currently I am employed as a network/voice engineer supporting many customers with very different implementations. An area I am not very familiar with is contact center.

Would like to know of any training resources available, this would include books, training, websites. Knowing express and enterprise solutions would help very much.
