Resetting PIN via BAT CUCM 6.0

I have a CUCM 6.0 integrated with an AD. Users are unable to change their PIN by themselves through ccmuser page. If I change it through the ccmadmin page manually, then users can modify PIN. Since I have 700 users I tried resetting PIN via BAT, but I received the attached error massage.

nevermind just figured it out, I had to change the default policy to uncheck the user reset at next login option. Then re ran the BAT and the PIN worked.
