Hi, I have a Cisco Call Manager version 6, and I select a timezone, for example, SA western Standart Time - (GMT-04:00) Caracas, La Paz, and in the Device Pool-Date/Time Group section I select the DataTimeGroup and in the configuration of the phones I set to the device pool appropiate, and the hours in the phones is not correct.

just try restarting the ccm server also verify if the NTP server is set correct
