The NM-2CE1T1 can do ISDN PRI dialer interfaces, dialer watch, dial-on-demand backup with data.
The VWIC2-1MFT can not.

Actually the VWIC can do data PRI, but not all features are supported:

Beside, it requires DSP to allow pri-group configuration.
