Solved: CME to CME, missing CLI on SIP trunk

I have two CME 4.0 boxes either end of a 2mb link. There is a SIP trunk configured between these units which works fine apart from some missing CLI info on the called party for the caller.

So if John Smith (x2002) calls Emily Bond (x3003), John will only see the xtn number for Emily, not her name. However Emily will see both name and number of who is calling her.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Hi, that is "connected party name update". I would upgrade to IOS 12.4(11)XJ4 and it should be resolved.

Your advice worked a treat, updating to CME 4.1 has resolved the problem.
