Is there a way to use the integrated browser for salesforce but launch external http variable driven windows as well.

To integrate IPCC with Salesforce, you use the integrated browser with the agent desktop (CAD). When the integrated browser is selected, then if I use one of the programmable icons on the CAD, it launches this window in the integrated browser as well. I would like to launch it as a separate window.
