The Total Talking time is higher than Logon time in the Cisco Supervisor Desktop (CSD) Agent vs Team Statistics Display report. The count of Total Talking time is higher than logon time.

Hi MAR,
most likely you experienced a phantom call the CSD still tracks, check on any long lasting call or unsupported call flow scenario in the Release Note and confirm you are not running into any of those.
