Hunt pilots & fowarding

Hi all, probably this is a question that you get frequently, but up until now i never found a answer to it...

CCM 4.2

setup:

- Translation pattern going to Huntpilot 500

- Huntpilot number 500

- Hunt list with 2 line groups with dn's in it...

Someone calls, get directed to HP 500, and to dn's on line groups..everything ok.

all numbers are busy (or not logged in because we work with extension mobility).

- if i put a destination into the hunt pilot forward hunt no answer, will thi s be called immediatly if no dn's are available?

- Will the same thing happen with hunt pilot setting forward hunt busy?

- where will the maximum hunt timer kick in?

Now is there some way to put a foward via the dn on the first line group?

sometimes we don't want the hunt to be effectif but forwarded to a mobile phone...but until now i didn't found a solution for this...

any other suggestions will be appreciated..

You will have to increase the "Forward Maximum Hop Count". By default it is set to 12, so the hunt pilot will only forward the call back to itself 12 times. Be aware, that changing this value will have ramifications for all phones in the cluster.
