Hi,
Which L3 switches are supporting NAT feature. I think above 4500 switches supports this NAT feature.

Just the 6500's with Sup2/MSFC2 or later. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than the odd host though as it's handled in software.

There is actually a caveat with the 4500s supporting NAT
Catalyst 4500/4000 series switches with Supervisor Engine III/IV support the Access Gateway Module (AGM) in Cisco IOS Software Release 12.1(13)EW or later. You need Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2.13T or later on the AGM module. NAT has support in the software switching path on the AGM module.
