clear cdp command

Hi, this is a really basic question but one I need to be sure of before running it on a switch, when the #clear cdp table command is run, the switch will automatically look for it's cdp neighbors again won't it? It's not traffic affecting, i.e, I won't loose connectivity to the switch when logged in remotely?

You are correct in your question and you will not lose connectivity (just verified it).
