How to load balance link between 2 router??

Hi experts,

On my WAN design, I got 2 routers with 4Mblink at each one. Is there a way to load balance this two link on both routers?? If possible, any configuration guide is really helpful. Please find as attached for the network design. Thank you.

What is your routing protocol? Are you running HSRP/GLBP on the routers? Do you want it load balanced from CORP to REMOTE too?

Hi Clark,

Yes, currently, HSRP is used and EIGRP is used as routing protocol. The issue is that, load-balance still not happen since traffic is only flowing to the link via router A, but not router B at the same time.

NB: EIGRP, I believe, doesn't support OER/PfR.

As other posters have noted, GLBP might be used instead of HSRP, but possibly not if using something like SLB.

EIGRP supports unequal load balancing, although on another thread, it was noted it isn't done within the fast path.

Another option might be to cost your links such that they appear equal from router A. I've don't this with OSPF, should(?) work with EIGRP.

Take a look at GLBP. That can load balance the connections for you.

There are number of option like.

Policy base routing where you divide traffic on LAN segments (internet traffic of one subnet go to one link and the other subnet on other.)

BGP can be used

You can set different default routes on L3 devices
