Is it possible to change the network mask on all swithces in a particular VLAN with Cisco Works? If so, what are the steps?

I'm assuming that you mean a L3 VLAN. How would you describe this VLAN? Hosted as part of a shared community (such as VTP) or the addresses by which the switches are managed ?

Yes, it is a L3 VLAN. What we have is a range with a 255.255.255.0 mask that we use for switch management. We want to increase the hosts and change the mask to 255.255.254.0. The IP address would remain the same.

Thats not complicated thankfully. Netconfig is the quickest way to do that. If your network addresses are in the bottom half of the expanded binary boundary it doesnt matter in which order you change the network and devices. I've seen the same scenario get a little strange when its in the upper half and the default gateway changes so that would be the deciding point (unless you multinetted your device interfaces as an interim step)
