Call park rings busy

I made some changes to an attendant console. when all call is parked on the ac, another phone is unable to call and pick it up. It just rings busy. Any thoughts? Thanks

Ensure that you have added each AC user that you have created to the Pilot Pilot configuration, under the huntgroup member information if have not already. Incidentally as this is a 6.x AC then you will also need to associate these device with the device authentication username. Also check the Max calls and Busy trigger settings on the Line of the User.

are the other phones able to reach the call park numbers thru their CSS??
