I have searched almost everywhere but I cannot find an answer. I have 2 x 16MB SIMM memory and a 16MB PCMCIA card. Is it possible to combine the SIMM and PCMCIA card together to get 32MB flash memory?

No - each device is separate. You cannot span files across two different devices.
