Disable operator for certain extension

We are running a call center and need the ability to turn the operator off for certain extensions only. What is happening is after the customer leaves a message they are given to optio nto try an extension and are getting to our front desk. We cannot have this since the front desk has no way of telling what client the call is from and therefore cannot answer the phone properly.

I have this problem too.

Do you have CRS server , any script for Auto attendant functionality in place?

You need to specify in the sript no to transfer the call to operator when user presses a particular digits.
