Hello, our unity server box isn't syncronizing with the exchange server, if we run the Message store configuration wizard, it runs smooth and then we see a warnings on the app log stating that the unity box cannot talk to the exchange server, could you please point me in the right direction

Check your DNS. Make sure that Unity can resolve the Exchange hostname correctly. (ping hostname)

DNS solves just fine, what I just realize is that every single account in ADUC is disabled, even the Unity_servername account is disabled in AD
