I have a problem with an 1841. I get to here:

Hi There
I have seen this happen once or twice and the problem was resolved by re-seating the Flash RAm modules.
I am not saying that this is the only cause and solution. However it si worth a try as it has worked for me in the past.
If this does not work I would open a call with the Cisco TAC.

I Feel you might need to rest the flash card in the router and check.
If that does not work You will have to open a TAC case.
