FTP not working -ASA 5520

Hi,

I have configured FTP server in my local server and nated the ip in the ASA and also given inbound access.Now the problem is i am able to access FTP through command from outside(NATed IP) but it's not accessable through web. ftp://x.x.x.x

From inside also i am able to access the FTP server through web.But it's not accessable through web from outside.

statics(inside,outside) x.x.x.x 10.135.62.101 netmask 255.255.255.255 tcp 21

I have given access-list any any for tcp,ip and udp inbound access.

what might be the problem..pls help to solve this issue.

Hi ,

Plz paste ur relevant nat and static config.

Plz check if ftp is passive or active .

Take captures on the pix on both the interfaces on inside and outside and check the output in ethereal .
