Voice quality issues with 3911 SIP IP Phone

We are using CUCM 5.1.2 and using 3911 SIP IP phones & 7970 SCCP IP Phones as endpoints. It was working fine for quite sometime, but now suddenly we are facing voice quality issues only on the SIP IP phones.

The firmware used on the 3911 phone is

Any inputs on how can we fix the issue??

Are you facing this problem making calls between SIP phones or from SIP to other phones.

Check if MTP required field is enabled.
