Intermittent: I did not recognize that as a valid entry.

All, Intermittently, when external calls come into our system (CCM4.0(2a / Unity 4.0(4)), when an extension is entered after the handler picks up the call, the caller gets the message: I did not recognize that as a valid entry.

How do I fix this?

I have this problem too.

Dear,

inser the command

"dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric" in your voip dial-peer which points to the CCM.
