Need help troubleshooting a phone that reboots

hi,

have a phone in HK and it has rebooted a few times. How can i look at logs and see what is going on?

Check model and load version, try latest firmware first.

Then In status messages for the Phone check any errors.

Open SysLog viewer or Event Viewr to find out the reason code.

Let us know topology CCM version, phone model and firmware

Model 7936, load CMTERM_7936.3-3-13-0

we have 1 cluster in CA and offices in EU and China. we are running 4.1.3

How do I check the status and where is syslog viewer?
