I'm trying to use a Call Consult Transfer to send a call to SIP trunk connecting to another voice system. My goal is to have the call transferred unless the other voice system is down (SIP trunk is unable to accept calls) then I would like the UCCX script to handle the down voice system (ie play prompt) -- I am not using redirect because redirect treats the transfer as successful every time (regardless of the status of the SIP system on the other side of the trunk) --
Problem -- Call Consult Transfer is working as expected on system status (up/down) -- but I can't pass the original ANI (the other voice system is seeing the UCCX port DN extension as the calling party. Unlike redirect, Call Consult Transfer does not have an option to preserve the original number.
How can I obtain the functionality of a Call Consultive Transfer, but be able to pass the original ANI that connected to UCCX?
