Hi ,

Can any one observe the ping plotter and let me know why packet drops are occuring .

From 10.190.196.2 to 10.190.240.38 we have GRE Tunnel where in no packet loss observed.

we dont have visibility beyond that as they are cleint devices. Can any one tel us if they have IPSEC/GRE tunnel from

10.190.240.38 to 172.19.41.11( cleint router) and the packet loss which we are observing , does this packet loss caused latency ? and the last ip address is 172.19.3.166 is citrix server IP.

Please help me on this

Yes the packet loss caused latency. Check with some of the debug messages or try out the drops and buffer overflows.

It seems that some device wich does not let IP protocol 47 pass through was installed in the network and there is some kind of load balancing between 2 links used on the path.
