Received encrypted packet with no matching SA, dropping ASA8.0

Hi All,

Not sure if this is the best place to post.

I have recently installed a new ASA in place of an old VPN3000. Alot of users work fine, but we have had a couple that keep disconnecting after a short amount of time.

I have found the following information when the client disconnects.

Received encrypted packet with no matching SA, dropping

Does anyone know what this means. Is there something that I might have missing from my config?

It might be the Inter operability issue or misconfiguration between the side , so verify your configuration and VPN settings.
