Yeah, I known this topic was discussed lots of times and this issue is solved by patches...which in my case didn't help.I've installed SR3a on my CUCM 4.2(3) which includes this patch for correcting time displaying.CUCM time is correct, in ART reports time is correctas well (I assume ART considers time zone in my browser, but billing software we use, shows time with no GMT+2) <- i also checked this fact using excel formula CDR date/86400 + 01.01.1970.
Not urgent, but welcome any ideas)

Datetime in table CallDetailRecord (CDR database) always is GMT. Your billing software should handle it.
