Calltransfer is supported in callmanager 5.1 from CallManager Administration page, select Service, Service Parameters.


select the CallManager node, and the Cisco CallManager service, and the Cisco CallManager Service Parameters page appears


on the page, click the Advanced button, wait for the page to reload, and search for 'Forward by Reroute Enabled' parameter. You can review and change the setting if necessary. You should not have to restart Cisco CallManager.


Also review and check other Q.Sig service parameters. You can reivew other parameters for the 'Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Forward)
