Where do you upload firmware in CCM 6.0.1?

You upload/install *.cop.sgn files on OS Administration page.

If you have the files on your desktop how do you upload them since it asks for a server and username/password?
I guess I can browse to the server and put them on the server desktop if I have to.

You need to have ftp/sftp server, you can download tiny and handy (no need to install, just launch file) from here: http://www.coreftp.com/server/
