Agent Reserved state problem

Hi,


i have the following problem: there is a CRS that agents call. This script then places an outside call and when a call succeeds it routes this call to another script. The second script then connects this call to the same agent that initiated the call. Usually it works fine, but when the call goes to mobile GSM number, the agent goes to Reserved state and doesnt recieve the call.

What could be causing the problem?
