UC500 - multiple extensions with single VM box

Greetings,

I'm looking for an elegant way to configure UC500 system to support multiple phones/extensions but only one single voice mail box.

Essentially this is a setup for a large house where one user has multiple phones but wants to support only one VM box.

Has anyone done something identical?

Hi, look in the CCME SRDN, there is a small section dedicated to group mailboxes and how to make the MWI lit on all phones.

I do this in Unity.

1 vm box and user has muli phone numbers

I configure Unity for Alternate Extensions and add the same extensions under MWI extensions.

I add the phone number as a primary line at their home base and as a secondary line at their second base. I do it this way so if they call 911 it will show the correct location.

Now, now matter what phone they are at and calling either numbers gets you the same voie mail box.
