Translation Routing to IP IVR

Hello,


I have had this working before and what I did was consolidated PG's. I had a PG running Call manager PIM and a PG Running the VRU PIM. I combined these into a single PG instance and my translation routing is no long working. Is this something to do with the PG Consolidation? Any traces I can run?

I've have one Generic PG with CCM and IVR PIMs. Translation routing is working fine with us. So no design issue.

Hi Chad,


the scenario should work, check if newly created translation routes are working and only the "old" ones are failing.


Look at router log viewer on an AW and see if you get any translation route error.


Try to validate your script and see if any error is returned.
