What is AA ITS ? What prevent you from using B-ACD ?

This said, generally speaking, when a service works for pots, should work for voip too.

Hi,

application

service autoatt flash:its-CISCO.2.0.1.0.tcl

dial-peer voice 10 pots

service autoatt

destination-pattern 9T

port 0/0/0

the customer need from the AA to press the extension or 0 for operator

so what you are saying is that if i do the following it should work

dial-peer voice 11 voip

service autoatt

incoming called number .

I will give it a try

Good day

I think that is just an older version of B-ACD/AA under another name.

You need codec g711u under DP to be able to listen to prompts.

here is the result after the setup

Config

application

service autoatt flash:its-CISCO.2.0.1.0.tcl

paramspace english language en

paramspace english index 1

param operator 1001

paramspace english location flash:

paramspace english prefix en

param en 0

dial-peer voice 1005 voip

service autoatt

incoming called-number 1005

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

codec g711ulaw

!

calling 1005 from another router will result as follow:

i think it is not supported on VOIP, it plays the disconnect prompt directly, i will try b-acd instead

For some reason (busy ?) it fails. You can send all calls to operator directly even with a script anyway, just make a translation rule on the incoming dp. Or B-ACD should work.

you are right b-acd worked fine.

Good day
