Can someone bail me out with how to backup CCM5.1 using Disaster Recovery menu? I'm trying to backup my VMware CCM using mini-sftp server on my laptop but get message "Update failed : Unable to access SFTP server. Please make sure the login credentials and path are correct"

Help!
