Dear Experts,

Can I increase time between digits (disconnect time) .

That will be if dialing any external number (PSTN Number) such as 00962777556669 and I stop dial the digits after 7 digits (dial 009627 and stop) so I will get a disconnect message. So how I can increase this time??

Thanks

Hi Islam,

I'm going to have to go with my friend Paolo on this one (no surprise :) I think you and I were working on this recently and tweaked the T302 Timer to alleviate a Number Plan overlap. But this is also the Timer at play in this scenario;

In order to allow sufficient time for a user to dial a telephone number, Cisco CallManager relies on a timer referred to as the interdigit timeout. This parameter indicates the duration Cisco CallManager waits after each digit is entered before it assumes the user has finished entering digits.

Hope this helps!
