Dear Sir
i wannted to knwo that does 3560 switch support netting ? or any other layer three switch support netting. as i m using 3560 with advanced enterprise image but unable to use netting. could u plz help me out.

the only switches that supports NAT is the 6000/5000 series. There is a caveat with the 4500 series but you can read below.
The 37xx series do not support NAT unfortunately.
