mlr on ITP router

Hi to all,

I have a 7513 with release 12.2.25-SW4a. I want to use mlr capability but someone tell us that still we can enter in mlr mode, we need some license for using this feature. I had a look to cco but I found nothing about license for mlr.

Could anyone help me to understand bettere how can I use this feature and If I need to have smth else?

Nobody has experience with configuring mlr on Cisco7513?

As for MLR license, they don't sell 7500 for ITP anymore, but they may require you purchase

on of these, not sure. Your Cisco Acct rep can tell you the correct license if needed.

Hello Ira,

You are correct. MLR functionality is licensed on a per-chassis basis. The P/N is FR-ITP-MAPGW-MLR although this may not be available since the 7500 is end-of-sale. The 7600 is the replacement product.
